*Delivery time quoted is valid for two weeks from quote date. After that, lead time subject to production schedule and Material availability. Prices quoted are valid for 30 days. Due to continuing volatility in the cost of tool steel and/or carbide materials, Expert Die Inc. reserves the right to pass through to the purchaser any increases in the cost of raw materials incurred prior to delivery of the above quoted items. Should this become necessary, Expert Die will provide for the purchaser documentation of the increase and will add that amount, without mark-up, to the customer's invoice as a separate line item described as 'Material Surcharge’.

Note: The quoted price does not include any applicable tariffs and surcharges. Any tariffs and surcharges will be listed as a separate line item on the invoice.
