Due to continuing volatility in the cost of tool steel and/or carbide materials, Expert Die Inc. reserves the right to pass through to the purchaser any increases in the cost of raw materials incurred prior to delivery of the above quoted items. Should this become necessary, Expert Die will provide for the purchaser documentation of the increase and will add that amount, without mark-up, to the customer's invoice as a separate line item described as 'Material Surcharge’.
